I go to school in western Wisconsin, but not too far from Minneapolis. After a childhood of moving every couple of years, this is the place I?ve lived the longest in my life and I don't mind at all. There?s something more than a reciprocity agreement and a river that connects these two states; it?s a mentality of friends, friendliness and that good ol' Midwestern charm.
